MedHall depends on free third-party services (Google AI Studio / Gemini, Wikimedia Commons, Wikipedia, Openverse, the images.weserv.nl image proxy, OpenRouter, Cloudflare as the hosting platform, YouTube and public Piped instances, and others). These services may change, restrict, rate-limit, or terminate at any time without notice to MedHall or its users. The site owner is not liable for any loss, interruption, degradation, or unavailability caused by such third parties, including regional blocking, quota exhaustion, or service retirement.
AI Outputs Are Not Medical Advice
All AI-generated content — text, images, quizzes, and evaluations — is provided for educational study and review only. It is not a substitute for professional medical judgment, diagnosis, or treatment. The owner makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness, or clinical validity of AI outputs, which may contain errors, hallucinations, or inaccuracies. Users must verify all medical information against trusted references and qualified professionals.

Wikimedia Commons and Wikipedia images are used under their respective free licences with attribution, in accordance with the Wikimedia terms of use; they are not owned by MedHall and they are shown unaltered, each with a link to its source page. The owner does not claim ownership of any third-party image and is not responsible for its content. If you believe any displayed content infringes your rights, contact medhallofficial@gmail.com and it will be reviewed promptly.
Service Provided As-Is
The platform is provided free of charge on an 'as-is' and 'as-available' basis, without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. The owner is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or reliance on its outputs. Nothing in this notice limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law.
User Responsibility
By using the platform you agree to use it lawfully, not to enter confidential or patient-identifiable data into AI tools, and not to hold the owner liable for the conduct of other users or the availability of free third-party infrastructure. You also acknowledge that free engines may have their own terms and that you remain responsible for your own compliance with them.
