Copyright & User Content
Your responsibility for the material you upload or submit.
Your Content, Your Responsibility
You are responsible for the legality of any content you upload or submit and for having permission to use it. You must have the right to use any study material you enter, in line with your university's rules and applicable law.
No Piracy or Infringement
MedHall does not encourage piracy, unauthorized copying, unlawful redistribution, copyright infringement, or impersonation. Do not submit content that you do not have permission to use.
AI-Generated Content
AI-generated content may need independent review for copyright or academic purposes. Check your institution's rules before submitting AI-generated material as your own work.
Academic Integrity
MedHall does not encourage cheating, plagiarism, or violation of university rules. Use these tools in a way that follows the academic rules that apply to you.
You Keep Ownership of Your Uploads
You keep full ownership of the files and images you upload. MedHall does not claim any ownership or license over your uploaded material, does not store it, and does not use it for any purpose. Questions generated from your material are produced by the AI provider in your session and are not retained by MedHall. Content sent to third-party AI providers remains subject to their own terms and policies, and any rights in AI-generated output are governed by the provider's terms where they apply.
Copyright Takedown Process
If you believe material available through MedHall infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, contact us at the published legal email (medhallofficial@gmail.com) with sufficient information to identify the material and an explanation of the rights you believe are affected. Reports will be reviewed in good faith and promptly where appropriate. MedHall does not claim to be a formal DMCA-registered agent; this is a practical contact process.
